This restaurant was a true pleasure to dine in. It started with such a warm welcome and every course seemed like it was a gift from the chef to us. The pasta was so perfect that I was lost in all the delicate flavors in my mouth. The fish was cooked to perfection with all its flavors locked into one perfect fillet on a plate. To top everything the ambience was so homely and the service was exceptional. This place may be a small restaurant but some good things in life come in little packages. I would certainly recommend this restaurant as a must visit while in Venice

It is hard to find an actually good restaurant in Venice nowadays with all the tourist traps. Well search no further, cause this is it!
The place is very small with only around 7 tables and it only stays open for 2-3 hours a day, so make sure you book at least a week in advance, or you're not getting in. This however creates a great atmosphere and a very manageable amount of guest and guarantees great service. The staff is very friendly, professional and multilingual. And the inside is cute and well taken care of.
Despite all this, the food manages to be the absolute highlight, with great starters, main dishes and desserts. I personally had one of the best fish dishes of my life and then one of the best sorbet ice creams as well. The huge selection of wine keeps that aspect covered too.
All in all a great experience, which despite the cost, is worth every penny.

This is a place of cozy romantic experiences. Excellent food served with wit and professional courtesy. Get a local wine, fresh fish and ask about the rest.

Even for a non seafood lover, this was an amazing restaurant. Our meal was inventive, delightfully presented, with tasty takes on classic dishes - with a twist.  The pork tenderloin was especially tasty.Excellent wines by the glass.

There are a few tables by the canal, and a few more inside, but this is a small place, so do book.

One of our best surprises in Venice. We were lucky to get in because of a no show reservation. Great service with a very interesting menu that did not have a huge number of options (which I consider a plus++). Very small and in a more quiet, student area. Great value. Would be my first recommendation for any of my friends visiting Venice.
