Materie prime lavorate con molta tecnica. Si vede un background di Alberto Basso in ristoranti di livello. Mise en place che si distingue da altri posti anche più blasonati. Ci siamo divertiti con un bel percorso di 8 portate. Christian ottimo consigliere di sala sui vini valorizzando etichette anche del territorio. Sono stata a cena in questo ristorante con il mio fidanzato. Il locale è molto carino, accogliente e a tratti sofisticato, come anche il personale di sala. Abbiamo optato per il menù alla carta e non il menu degustazione. La scelta dei piatti non è vastissima ma tutte le pietanze sembrano interessanti con abbinamenti molto particolari.
Abbiamo optato per due antipasti: una tartare di salmone marinato servita in una tazza con, sul fondo, del caffè e un piatto vegetale composto da un carciofo fritto accompagnato da un paio di salse molto delicate che si sposavano benissimo con il gusto del vegetale.
Ah dimenticavo, al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto un entrèe di benvenuto. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dall’americano (cocktail) servito all’interno di una sfera: un’esplosione al palato.
Come secondi piatti abbiamo scelto un tiramisù salato, nonché un brasato di manzo servito su spuma di patate e alla base verdure di stagione, e un carpaccio di cervo.
Complessivamente siamo stati davvero contenti dell’esperienza culinaria che, seppur trattasi di ristorante non stellato, ha saputo stupirci piacevolmente.
Torneremo per assaggiare la mousse al carbone vegetale!

I had dinner at this restaurant with my boyfriend. The place is very nice, welcoming and at times sophisticated, as are the dining room staff. We opted for the à la carte menu and not the tasting menu. The choice of dishes is not huge but all the dishes seem interesting with very particular combinations.
We opted for two appetizers: a marinated salmon tartare served in a cup with coffee at the bottom and a vegetable dish consisting of a fried artichoke accompanied by a couple of very delicate sauces that went very well with the taste of the vegetable.
Oh I forgot, upon our arrival they offered us a welcome entrée. We were particularly impressed by the Americano (cocktail) served inside a sphere: an explosion on the palate.
As second courses we chose a savory tiramisu, as well as braised beef served on potato foam and seasonal vegetables as a base, and a venison carpaccio.
Overall we were really happy with the culinary experience which, even though it was a non-starred restaurant, was able to pleasantly surprise us.
We will be back to try the charcoal mousse!

A Spiazzo si nasconde questa gemma culinaria che sfiora l'eccellenza stellata. Questo luogo non è solo un indirizzo per appassionati di alta gastronomia ma un luogo dove provare contaminazioni straordinarie che uniscono tradizione, prodotti del territorio ed innovazione (non solo tecnica).

A noi sono enormementi piaciuti il risotto ai tre peperoni ed il tiramisù salato, ma il resto della percorso proposto non è stato da meno.

Servizio attento e curato, i vini proposti in abbinamento molto interessanti.
