The best Italian hot chocolate I’ve ever had and some amazing pastries. Two drinks and a couple pastries were around 10eu. Great for an on the go breakfast. Staff were very friendly there are benches in the windows to eat indoors but it was quite a busy place on a Sunday morning. Venue was clean. Definitely worth a visit for a quick drink and pastry would go back

Mini sacher is horrible. Everything else is horrible

It looks like with the response I got, I need to write extra to the review. The cake that I got and my friends got were inedible. They were at least 3 days old and left such a horrible taste in our mouths it almost made us vomit.

Yes, of course it is easy to say that something is horrible because it shouldn’t be hard. Telling me I have no sense of taste and that I should eat at home?! Unacceptable for 2025 standards.

I don’t know how you got 4.4 with this type of attitude and response. This should be closed down.

Unfortunately, our experience did not match the high expectations set by the 4.4 review score. It may have been because it was the afternoon of January 1st, and many pastries seemed to have been prepared much earlier, but the quality was far below what we anticipated.

Your responses to similar feedback are frankly disappointing. We visited your bakery as a group of six specifically because of the positive reviews, so it makes no sense for all of us to complain if the pastries had been good. If maintaining quality on January 1st was a challenge, it would have been better to remain closed.

I would never complain directly to the staff because that would prevent others from being aware of the issue, defeating the purpose of reviews entirely. This experience has left us very disappointed.

We randomly stumbled across this pasticceria during a 9 day trip to Venice and came back every single day for morning caffe. The tortes, the brioches, the chocolates, the coffee, and the people, everything was fantastic.

We did our best to order in Italian every day and the employees were so nice and patient with us. It felt like we were part of the neighborhood. We will miss it every day in the morning as part of our routine and can’t wait to return.
