The hotel was beautiful and always smelled good. The rooms were clean and very artistically pleasing. The people were so helpful and always eager too. Breakfast didn't come with our room, the buffet was $15 per person. It was probably cheaper than what we would have gone if we went out, but still surprisingly pricey. That being said, it was a delicious and enjoyable European spread. The location was great and about a 10 minute walk to San Marco Square. We arrived from the airport by water taxi and got off at Giglio port which was like a 1 minute walk from the hotel. So easy! If you plan on taking a bus from the airport it is a 23 minute walk and that includes crossing several bridges and heavy traffic of people. Checking into the hotel was also the easiest check in I have experienced. All in all our stay was wonderful and would highly recommend :)

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Venice!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Venice and had a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major sights on foot. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had a modern touch, especially the bathroom, which was sleek and well-equipped.

The staff was incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with any requests, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was some noise in the morning due to the proximity of the cleaning services, but it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t take away from the overall experience.

If you’re looking for a well-located, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Venice with excellent service, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I regret not booking a longer stay prior to a cruise. This hotel was exactly what I had hoped for. adults only, quiet and quaint. Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was blown away by the service and charm. The staff was fantastic and friendly.
The rooms were unique and well appointed. The breakfast Buffet was perfection. The perfect start to your day. Nice sitting room on ground floor and delicious lemon ginger water always available.

Well located out of the direct hustle and bustle yet close enough to enjoy all the sites and sounds you come to Venice to experience.

What a great place to say. Strongly recommend.

Recently stayed here with my husband for 3 nights and had a great time.
The hotel is located perfectly a short walk down the side alley to get to the water bus stop, then just a short 5 min stroll to St Marks Square. Lots of shops and eateries nearby.
The room was lovely and clean, although not massive it was big enough for the two of us, with a view of the courtyard out the front of the hotel. The bed was comfy, we had a small fridge which was handy as it was very warm. Air con worked perfectly.
If i had to have one gripe it would be the shower, they definitely need to rethink and remodel. It was very small and i felt quite claustrophobic in it. However it did not effect my stay in any way and would definitely recommend this hotel. Also for a very central hotel it was amazing value for money.

Not the flashiest but very good hotel all-round. Reception and breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are tidied up daily. The breakfast is a typical buffet style but good. Great location also; central but not too noisy.
