It is a nice and calm place to come with a friend, or in family. Music is calm, and not so loud, you can actually have a conversation which I like.

I really liked the Ceviche Roll. Just one note is that the avocado 🥑 was a bit tight, make sure it is on point. But It was really good, I would have it again.

The starter was some Sumai, it was ok.
Service was really good.

I forgot to mention they give a wonderful starter of chips with peanut sauce

Stellar service, wonderful staff, they are so welcoming! My family loves this restaurant - from the vibe to the amazing live musicians. Incredible food - the duck rocks. We have been twice on our trip to Malta and so look forward to going back again.

We came to Zest for my Mum’s birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. The ambiance was elegant, intimate and a remarkably beautiful space making it a perfect setting for a special celebration. The ceviche, tiraditos, and curries were absolutely delicious, earning a well deserved 10/10. The sushi was also spectacular, showcasing the restaurant's diverse and expertly crafted menu. Each dish was a testament to their commitment to quality and authenticity. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that the evening was truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Zest to anyone seeking a great dining experience in Malta and we will visit again for sure.

My boyfriend and I loved every bite of our dinner at Zest. Staff is friendly and tries to be professional. Be warned though, different tasks are strictly assigned to different staff members, so make sure to order your drinks from the right person. Twice we ordered a glass of wine (and yes, we asked the right server) that took ages before our server brought it to us. A misstep I was not expecting in a restaurant like this.

The good news is that the food definitely is the star here. The Asian inspired cuisine is really mouth watering good. Every dish was beautifully presented and clearly prepared with great care. I do have to mention the cocktails: very original recipes and equally as good as the food.

We went to Zest at the very start of my family’s summer holiday, and made sure to back to it at the end of the holiday again for a second time, simply because of how good the food was. The sushi was great, the curries were unique and tasted superb, and the atmosphere and ambience of the restaurant was unrivalled in comparison to all the other restaurants i went to in my time in malta.

But perhaps the best of all was the service. In particular the waiter, whose name i’m not sure of, wearing the white shirt in the picture, offered great service and hospitality to me and my family. He was kind and helpful in advising us on what’s best order and made sure to give us plenty of freedom in what we ordered such as the level of spice of the dishes and gave us complimentary hand towels.

Overall Zest is a great restaurant, and very worthy of a visit
