High quality food with a wide menu of different dishes. Despite the good food, the speed of serving the dishes is pretty slow though. Even serving a simple course is taking 30 minutes. Technique too let you order more drinks because of the long waiting?

Everything fit together perfectly: the selection of dishes, the service, and the kitchen. Since I don't eat raw/cold fish, I indicated during the reservation that I would like to have the menu but without fish, and they offered me an alternative without any fuss.
The food was amazing: from the Amuse Bouche, to the edible table decoration made of rice paper infused with herbs, garlic cress, leek oil, sunflower pesto, a vegan cream made from dried tomatoes and salt, right through to the dessert - everything was simply excellent. The corresponding wine pairing was also spot on. I particularly enjoyed the intermediate course with scallops, parsnip puree, hazelnuts, and grapefruit foam. But the walnut puree from the main course was also very good. The appetizer made from fermented beetroot, pickled beetroot, and a super tasty sauce with a white cream was surprisingly delicious.
The service was outstanding: courteous, friendly, always ensuring that we lacked nothing, super on time with refilling the wines and water. Incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in dealing with guests, yet not intrusive at all.
The atmosphere was inviting and cozy. The table decoration was not intrusive or overwhelming.
We would go back anytime and loved everything about the evening.

Very good food! High end and definetly worth the price. Me and my girlfriend went there for dinner (she's vegan) but Pollevie was able to adapt and give us a great meal that both of us enjoyed. Everything was very well prepared and despite it being somewhat expensive, i'd definetly go there again.
