entering the hotel we can immediately see a beautifully decorated interior in the style of the 70s. The staff is very nice and knows English well. Unfortunately, on the website there was nothing written about the deposit of 150 euros and tax.
rooms very nicely decorated, large bed, armchairs but only one closed shelf for clothes. There is also a large mirror and a cute neon cat in the room. the mattress in the bed was tragic, hard as a rock and I had to ask for a blanket to make it soft
the air conditioning in the room is very loud
bathroom very nicely done, cosmetics and toothbrushes provided by the hotel. Shower large but water pressure very weak and difficult to set good temperature. I don't know why but shower hissed during use
the food in the restaurant is good but for the price the portion is very small. The coffee is weak. The soft drinks are also weak.
overall I highly recommend this hotel because it is quiet and nice. the interior reflects the soul of the building. the staff is nice and helpful.

Bit of a mixed bag. Nice, modern interiors but a bit tired in places. Our room was big and nicely decorated but the air-con was poor and room was not the cleanest. Service wise all staff was very nice and friendly however we did ask reception twice to fix the safe as it wasn't working and twice they failed to do anything about it. I also found the location annoying, there is nothing around it and you have to take the metro to get into central Amsterdam. Personally I think you can get better for the same price.

I had a pleasant 4-night stay at Hotel V Fizeaustraat. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The hotel has a stylish design with beautiful wooden flooring, and the room is spacious and impeccably clean.

However, the bedding was a bit disappointing. The mattress was quite hard, and the pillow size was uncomfortable, which unfortunately led to some back pain.

Overall, it’s a great hotel with excellent service and aesthetics, but a more comfortable bedding setup would make the experience perfect.

Love it! Not far from trains, trams and buses to take you to centraal station in 20 min. Bike rental at premises was awesome. (Inquiry at the lobby). Room were big enough for 2 people. Neat and semi clean. We had problem with our sheets seemed like there was blood on ours but service changed them immediately so all good. Other than that enjoyable, quiet stay!

Looks good, feels good with a kind and professional staff. Easy to get to (within a short walking distance of Amstel railway station). I liked the complimentary water, the helpful chatbot and did not miss the "always expensive" minibar. Gave 4 stars to service as the breakfast seemed too overpriced so I did not take it... would definitely go there again.
