Food was good. Everything fit well together, and portion wise it was never too little.
Service was friendly, although a bit chaotic at times.

Really nice to be able to have 1/3, 1/2 or a full glass of wine with every course.

Would be difficult to better this 1⭐️ Michelin restaurant in a quiet location near Haarlem in NL.
The food was perfect, approachable (unlike some more fancy restaurants that aim to impress too much), really interesting flavours with lovely presentation. The staff spoke good English, and very willing to adapt the tasting menu to suit our tastes. The pairing wines were spot-on, everyone worked well and we could choose glass size each time to suit. Price as expected for the quality. We’d go out of our way to visit again if in the area.

We had 5 courses dinner here pairing with wines for our anniversary. All the courses were tasty and well garnished. The paired wines were brilliant, making the dishes even more tasty and outstanding.
