Wonderfull service with great expertise (especially for wine lovers).
Fixed menu but you can notify on things you are allergic to or you don't/can't eat and they will make something as deliscious for you.

Really good dishes with a great variety of interesting and healthy ingredients. They really try to encorparate the culture of the region in their food in a modern and we'll executed fashion. My favorite restaurant in the region. I cannot recommend it enough. Please try it :)
