There are places that we visit that are clearly worth the Michelin Stars and some that aren't. Latour is definitely one that deserves it. We visited for a late dinner after a challenging day. Though we were too late for the full tasting menu, the team was so focused on improving our day that they provided us with a modified tasting experience. Each course, from the amuse-bouche to the final digestif, was beautiful and well-presented, but the seafood dishes were standouts for me. What also made the difference was the exceptional service. Every team member was not only polished but also showed good humor and grace. I hope to return soon.

The Sunday Vibes from 17 November together with restaurant De Treeswijkhoeve has been another excellent culinary highlight. We appreciated the creative dishes, arranged with care and dedication. Thanks to the whole team for providing perfect, professional and friendly service. We always feel comfortable and special and look forward to return to Latour.

As a frequent fine dining guest celebrating a special occasion (40th birthday), I was quite disappointed with the pre-dining communication. While the restaurant's reputation is well-known, their response to a simple celebratory dinner inquiry was surprisingly cold and dismissive ('we cannot guarantee anything' - though nothing was actually requested to be guaranteed).

If this is their approach to customer service before the actual visit, I'd rather celebrate elsewhere where genuine hospitality and warmth are part of the experience, not just the food.

A missed opportunity for Latour, but plenty of other excellent restaurants in the area that understand the value of making their guests feel welcomed and appreciated from the very first interaction

Me and my wife went here for her birthday. The meal was absolutely worth the trip from Rotterdam. The pace of how dishes came out was perfect, the presentation was exactly what you'd expect from a Michelin star restaurant. They also went above an beyond to make my wife feel the love on her special day. The service was in word, AMAIZING. The fish and venison were perfectly cooked and tender. The sashimi had so many elements and yet it still worked together in harmony. Noordwijk is already a beautiful place, made even more beautiful by this restaurant and the dishes that were put in front of us. If you ever get the chance, you owe it to yourself to try this.
