We visited the restaurant on a special occasion. We selected the 6-course menu. The first 2 courses were fresh, simplistic and refreshing and at the same time delicious. A great start. Cod and Black Angus steak were both made to absolute perfection. I doubt that these two ingredients can be cooked better than that! A fantastic experience which we will repeat again for sure in the future. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic experience here at De Gieser Wildernan. My first Michelin star visit. We had the Parma Ham and Melon for starter and then the Beef Steak with Pepper Sauce. Both dishes cooked and presented to absolute perfection and accompanied by the finest detailed and precision chopped vegetables. Desert was the Apricot tart which again was tremendously tasty. I can not recommend this restaurant enough. The staff were awesome. What a great first endeavor and I will be back!
