One of my favourite restaurants to go to. Because of the new location we decided to check it out again. It became a flawless lunch visit. We were kindly welcomed in a beautiful setting:  close to an avant garde look and feel. All courses were cooked to perfection. Each dish had the right balance between flavour and textures. At Fred expect to find innovative cooking, combined with deep, rich classical flavours and attention to detail. Service was friendly and correct. We will be back for more. Thank you Fred & staff.

The service was friendly yet professional at the same time, this is what I normally look for.
However, the preparation of dishes were played quite safe, I didn’t experience anything extraordinarily delicious. The dessert and petit fours were beautifully presented but seemed confusing in terms of combination of flavours.

Overall I recommend this restaurant for the overall experience, but I wouldn’t suggest setting your expectations too high.
