We had an exceptional experience at Amarone! The service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely phenomenal. While you certainly pay for the overall experience, the incredible dishes more than justify the cost. They asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, and when I mentioned it was a birthday, they surprised us with an extra dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was truly worth every penny, and we can’t wait to return!

There is only one word to describe the dining experience last night: EXQUISITE.... from the presentation, the taste and including especially the service. These photos do not do justice to the perfection of the meal we had. Every single dish was crafted to perfection! The restaurant itself is elegant but unpretentious. Every staff member was highly knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive. This extraordinary restaurant is pure class from every angle you look at. Highly recommended!!

Restaurant Amarone, a one-star Michelin restaurant, provided an exceptional experience for my 46th birthday celebration. As always, Jasper, the staff member, made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the evening. Surprisingly, even though I hadn't mentioned it was my birthday, a heartwarming birthday note awaited us on our table, signed by owner/chef Jan, owner Yoshiko, and the rest of the team.

The updated menu displayed a stronger Japanese influence, incorporating ingredients like daikon and shiitake. The seven-course meal, accompanied by two additional amuse-bouches, focused mainly on seafood, which I genuinely adore. Each dish demonstrated absolute dedication and precision, creating layers of flavors that were truly fantastic.

To top it off, a special birthday tart was prepared specifically for me, adding a personal touch to the evening. Being a teetotaler, I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of delicious alcohol-free drinks, which were some of the best I ever had.

Overall, my experience at Restaurant Amarone for my birthday celebration was wonderful. The attentive staff, updated dishes, and meticulous preparation contributed to an enjoyable evening.
