Have been here twice in 2 months period.
Both times, a decent level of food.
The second time , we took the day menu that included deer steak, and it was excellent.
an attentive and friendly service.
The location itself is always full and therefore It's very noisy. Had difficulties is to hear each other.
I recommend booking a table beforehand.

De Basiliek is a modern restaurant with a chic monochrome colour scheme, made extra special by the festive sparkle of the Christmas season. The menu card caught my attention for being minimalist. They offer a set menu which you can pair with wine if you fancy.

The festive season brought in a lot of diners, but it seems they had employed enough staff to manage the buzz, which kept the service running smoothly.

The food itself was absolutely delicious. The bavette was medium rare and came with a lovely sauce that complemented it perfectly, the sukade was tender and pulled apart beautifully, and the ravioli was just heavenly—light, flavourful, and rich all at once. The only downside was the menu’s heavy focus on meat options. The vegetarian choice was taken from the starters, which felt a bit limiting compared to the variety of meat offered.

If you’re after a modern dining experience with tasty dishes, then the De Basiliek is for you.

Excellent food without being pretentious. All the dishes were impressive, particularly the rock shrimp one. The rib eye was cooked to perfection. Very nice service. Prices were fair.

Amazing restaurant. The service is impeccable, even without a reservation they did everything they could to accommodate us at the bar. We had a delicious dinner, with wonderful food and fantastic wine... I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was great, we had the fish of the day and steak. The service was not great, the server was quite rude and condescending. She did not know the menu, we asked how the fish was cooked and she just kept saying its sea bass.
