Bar Boca is an institution and national treasure located in what used to be Oslo’s most hipster area (now a typically gentrified formerly working class neighbourhood. Still very cool, though, despite the Starbucks). Long before Oslo became a credible cocktail destination, Bar Boca was there to save us from the soulless hotel bars.
