Great experience and attention to details.
We visited on Valentine’s Day and we were surprised with flowers and welcome drinks, which only added to the amazing dishes after.

The presentation was very beautiful and the fish is probably the best we tried in Europe.

The atmosphere was also cozy and the waiter listened to our feedback when we asked to get the dishes at a slower pace.

We will definitely return and try the other restaurants.

The quality of food was exceptional but minimalist portions e.g. 1 oyster each.  Restaurant bar quite cool but no view from within the restaurant itself. Service was professional. About £300 for 2 with drinks.

I have been lucky enough to travel a bit around the world, and tried some good restaurants. I am not a "foodie", but I love food and a good experience with food in center.

If you like sushi and would like to test GREAT sushi, then you should visit Sabi Enso Omakase! Had an amazing food experience at this place, and highly recommend.

It is all about the food. Great raw materials, great sourcing of quality top notch products. Excellent preparation, magic flavors, and all in all a very good experience.

Roger A. Joya did an amazing job this evening, and this is among the best food experiences I have had so far. The rest of the team can learn a bit from Roger in terms of follow up, but we got good enough attention.

We booked 2 seats for Sabi Enso for the Omakse dinner and had a lovely dinner. We have eaten at the parent restaurant Sabi Omakase and the dinner at Enso was just as amazing.  We also learned that if you want to eat at Enso without the Omakase experience you can just walk in and do not have to reserve a seat, just like any other restaurant. You sit upstairs for the Omakase experience and downstairs for the A-La-carte (walk-in) dining. There may be an opportunity for the website to clarify the walk-in dining availability. But you must reserve the Omakase dining experience. As a sushi lover, I have enjoyed learning more about their techniques and preparation. It is definitely worth the price for the quality and experience. You just have to understand what you are getting is not grocery level sushi, but Nordic sourced ingredients at the highest level quality!

If you want something that stands out and pushes the idea around Nordic and japanese cooking, this is the place to go!

The Omakase menu is excellent, as expected, and the herring, the eal and the reindeer nigeris will blow your mind. The ambition to highlight the Nordic tastes using the traditional japanese methods truly stands out in these three.

The wine paring was strong with some quite unexpected but great selections of natural wines and champagne!
