Amazing food, probably the best lunch deal in town, all in a classy and cozy ambiance, including a live piano player. On top of that it's dog friendly. Champagne is well priced and also one of the best deal in town. Make sure to book in advance because it's usually packed. You can trust the lunch selection on business days.

One of the best meals while in Warsaw was at this famous restaurant by a top chef. Fancy inside, the menu presents Polish dish and every one is well prepared and tasty. Paired with very refreshing white wine, the chilled beet soup was excellent, especially with the bread brought to the table. For the main, I ordered beef wrapped with plums and a few other things. It’s a traditional dish and worth trying! Service was elegant yet approachable.

As a professional chef who has worked in this industry for just over two decades I can honestly tell you the service in this place is the worst I have ever experienced.

We waited 15mins for our table, which I think I standard in a busy restaurant if you don’t make a reservation.

After that everything went downhill. I got offered my cocktail in a broken glass (see image), no setup of whatsoever for 40mins (see image), while a table of four who arrived after us were on their second course, had their table setup & bread & water.

2 of the 5 vegetarian options were sold out

Finally after placing our order, 10mins later we find out another two dishes were sold out. Their excuse was, “sorry we are busy”.

At this point we were fuming & wanted to pay & leave & again we were just forgotten & after giving a stern look to what looked like a manager we got the waiter’s attention.

Just FYI, if you are a celebrity chef & you are going to charge because of your name, make sure you back that up.

We stopped by this restaurant for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by its unique decor and the upscale dress code. The entire staff, including the owner, was well dressed, adding to the restaurant's professional atmosphere. The seating was comfortable and stylish, with good cutlery and a piano positioned in the middle of the room, giving it an exclusive feel.

While the service was friendly and kind, there was a slight language barrier, and communication in English seemed a bit challenging. However, our order was executed rightly, so it wasn't a significant issue.

As for the food, it seemed a bit mismatched with the overall theme of the restaurant. Bagels seemed out of place, but they were tasty. The dumplings, on the other hand, were a bit unusual - lacking in the promised cracklings and filled with small onion bits, which made them a bit oily. Despite this, the flavor was still enjoyable, though it didn't quite feel like a proper dish.

Halfway through our lunch, a pianist arrived and added a delightful touch to our dining experience, enhancing the ambiance of the restaurant. Overall, while there were some minor quirks, the restaurant offered a unique and memorable dining experience.

Flies in the hall as the quintessence of an unsuccessful visit.

This visit surprised me. How pleasant the atmosphere, unobtrusive and fast service was a year ago, how only negative it was this year.

We didn't get a menu until I reminded about it 20 minutes later. We got bread, but for some reason without butter. Other tables got a full set and more polite waiters and menu in right there.
For each order, we had to catch a waiter.
The toilet stall didn't have a lock, is this a new fashion for no boundaries?
Small midges were flying around the table, and a larger fly was also persistent crawling on a bottle of water, later it tried vodka and fell off the table.
The maitre d' was inattentive, to my comments that there were many shortcomings, he only said that he hoped that next time it would be better.
Guys, there won't be a next time! And it is customary to apologize somehow differently.
