We chose this place because we love the old Alchemist. It’s the first time we visited this new establishment. We picked sweet potato fingers which were very good (as always!) but we needed to wait for almost an hour for our mains which were Polish Steak Tartar, New York Steak and roast duck. The mains were good too but the waiting time is almost unacceptable.

The concept of the meat/steak house is interesting: the meat comes semi-ready and the customer finishes the roast on a very hot stone of volcanic origin = in lava.        The challenge during preparation is that it produces a lot of smoke and is full of meat, so at the end of the process, hair and clothes need to be washed because the environment is not well ventilated.
The meat is of excellent quality.
We waited a long time to pay the bill.
I recommend it, but be careful with the strong smell of roasted meat.

Easily 5 out of 5. Good service, delicious meat dishes at a very reasonable price. Portion sizes are big, be careful cause it's easy to order too much food :)
Their "lava" dishes are very nice experience - meat is served on the hot rock, so you can grill it by yourself.
Some cocktails are quite unique and look like art (for example "Think pink" cocktail on the photo).

Where to start? It was an absolutely great experience. We easily booked it online. When we arrived, everything went superbly. The service was lovely, and everyone was so polite and friendly. The food was amazing; we all had different types of steaks. The cocktails were real works of art, both visually and for the taste buds. Overall, it was a great experience—highly recommended.
