Great authentic Portuguese restaurant. Family owned and operated.  I had the Crab Soup, the Argentine Shrimp w/ rice, the Tomato Salad and the Chocolate Mousse. Everything was expertly prepared and delicious. This is a professional level operation. Highly recommended

Fantastic restaurant!!!
We dined here 2 nights in a row as we couldn’t get enough of the great food quality and flavour. The staff is lovely. Poplular with the locals, so better make a reservation. Their baby squid is divine and the roast beef perfectly seasoned. The beef tenderloin also had amazing flavour and the chocolate mousse is to die for!
The price is also very reasonable for the quality of the food and service, we always felt like the bill was not expensive at all.
Keep it up, you will definitely see me again if I ever come back to Lisbon.

Yummy food! Good service!  We were in the area and decided to check out this restaurant. We ordered pork cheeks with mashed potatoes and fried horse mackerel with tomato rice.  The horse mackerel was the dish of the day. For drinks we had tília tea and abatanado coffee which was strong and nicely bitter. Not forgetting the chicken rissol which was delicious. An impromptu visit that serves us well.

We are back again to try the Sliced Pig's Liver and Prawn Açorda. Thanks, Chef Zé for your  recommendations, for specially whipping up the pig's liver dish and showing me the right way to eat the Gambas de Açorda dish with a touch of spiciness. It was super yummy and the portion was just right.
