One of the worst public institutions in Portugal! They should change the name to Tourism of Lisbon as it is what they know to do. Porto just received the nomination to Best European Destination 2017 award and this institution not even mentioned this fact... Also, they steal all the good ideas that other cities in Portugal do and take them to Lisbon. Finally, they support only the Capital events. Porto and other cities have events and they do not provide any financial support...

Uma falta de respeito tremenda pelo cliente, não atendem telemóveis, não respondem a emails, enviei email a cerca de duas semanas, ao qual não me responderam, liguei mais de 10x ao longo da semana e nunca atenderam. Hoje finalmente uma colaboradora, que nem consegui perceber o nome, atendeu, de uma forma muito rude e mal criada, a dizer que não se trata do assunto em questão, por chamadas, só por email, ao qual eu respondi a dizer que já tinha enviado email, ao qual a colaboradora simplesmente respondeu "tem que esperar". Uma falta de respeito pelo cliente. É uma tristeza como o Turismo de Portugal, não tem ninguém para responder a emails, atender chamadas, nem para marcar reuniões.
Está na altura de dar palestras de atendimento aos colaboradores para terem mais respeito e empatia pelo cliente.

Turismo de Portugal, supostamente gere a SRIJ, e a SRIJ não faz nada. Estou há 3 meses com os meus ganhos bloqueados numa casa legal em Portugal (BETANO), e não me respondem aos e-mails. Dizem que por chamada não funcionam então como é? Vou me ter de deslocar a Lisboa???

Lamento que os portugueses que trabalham , e são contribuintes país , mães ,filhos e andam em transportes públicos cheios o ano inteiro e não têm direito a ter umas férias dignas, quanto mais ir para as termas é triste, por favor procurem o porquê da necessidade das termas eram para os pobres!
Hoje é só para quem pode pagar.
