the food is simply the best I ever ate in Portugal. it's the closest I've ever eaten to japanese food. the only note I leave is for the lighting, it's too strong. the place could benefit from better atmosphere.

It was an amazing experience!

Everything was very fresh and delicious. Big variety of fish. The Portuguese Chef with experience from Japan was very attentive and kind. I would definitely come back.

Interesting and maybe important to know before going is that Chef doesn’t serve salmon (mainly because “it can be contaminated with various bacteria and our focus is on local fish”). Important if your kids only eat salmon. We didn’t miss salmon so much, due to a big variety of fish.

Always important to reserve, for dinner you need to reserve around 2 months in advance, while for lunch you can be lucky and get a spot within 2-3 days.

Really recommend this place.

Exceptional dining experience with the Kayseki style Japanese food (just one table with 8-9 chairs, nothing more), with the Michelin starred chef that prepares with his hands many different sushi combinations in front of you. We had lunch there for our anniversary. We wanted to have dinner but the restaurant is fully booked until the end of 2024. After our meals, I totally understand why this place is fully booked. The service and attention were impeccable. I am vegan and they took such good care of me and l left the place fully happy. The flavours and seasoning were astonishing. My wife, who isn't vegan had the chance to taste so many different types of fish and seafood and each one was better than the previous one. She said it was the best sushi she ever had.
We immediately, booked for dinner at the beginning of next year. Highly recommended!!!
