All staffs are super friendly and helpful, hotel location is great and walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Room is clean and interior is classy, they have all amenities included.  The junior suite is very spacious and comfortable with a small kitchen and balcony with nice views. We also received a thank you card on our last night stay, super thoughtful and we appreciate the 5 star hospitality. Will definitely come back one day and recommend to my friends and families.

Some hotels are just better than others.
The building location, design and decor is great.
The beds, pillows and linens are super comfy.
The place is spotlessly clean.
…but the service level from each and every staff member from front desk to chamber maid is exceptional!
It was our first time is Lisbon (for my wife’s birthday) and we’re already planning a return to this same hotel. If you want a great experience in a great city, why stay anywhere else?!

Although we were far too early for our room, the reception staff welcomed us very friendly and warmly. They immediately checked us in and offered to hold our luggage. We experienced this level of service for the entire time we stayed at the hotel.

5 Star Care! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and well kept.  The restaurant breakfast is worth the money to add to your stay.  We stayed in a jr suite and had plenty of room and a great view of the square.  We loved the location. Wound not hesitate to stay here again!!

I had to cancel my reservation at AlmaLusa Baixa/Chiado due to a genuine and documented medical reason (with proof from a doctor’s report). Despite my booking being nearly a month away, the hotel management was completely unhelpful and inflexible. Instead of understanding my situation, they insisted on charging the full price for the cancellation, showing no compassion or willingness to assist. I’m deeply disappointed with this lack of care and customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting fair treatment in unforeseen circumstances
