Every detail is meticulously thought out by everyone that works here. Amongst the best cocktails we’ve had globally (my wife is a connoisseur of a “paper plane” cocktail and this was the best she’s had through 6 countries). The service and knowledge about your cocktails is like that of a sommelier describing wine. Best place I’ve ever been if you enjoy a Negroni and Martini. Do not miss this place when in Lisbon.

The 1868 Cocktail Boutique offers a solid selection of very finely put together cocktails. The service is without par, and I was very well received and attended to. The only downside is a limited selection of cocktails, what they offer can easily rival or exceed any cocktail bar in the area, but don't expect to be able to get a funky version of their offering through changing up the base spirits. Location and service is however very nice and the drinks they do serve are very good. Their version of a bacon-washed old fashioned and the espresso martini are definitive highlights.

This cocktail bar is an absolute must if you're in Lisbon. My husband and I went to 1868 on a Thursday night a few weeks ago. It was quiet so we sat at the bar and made friends with each bartender (shoutout Bruno). We stayed a few hours and they gave us several recommendations on places to eat, drink, and things to do in Lisbon and other areas of Portugal we were visiting on our first wedding anniversary trip. Loved it so much we went back on our last night. The bartenders remembered us and made room for us at the bar. Insane service, attention to detail, and insane cocktails and mocktails!!!
