One of the best places I've stayed in my travels. The staff is warm, hospitable, and goes advice and beyond to make you feel at home and like a friend in their home. They make breakfast and coffee for you. There's a courtesy bar and the main area has a little bit of a social vibe but not party hostel. The beds are comfortable. Great location.  I would stay here again

A fantastic guesthouse! So much better than an impersonal hotel. Only 7 rooms. Great character in the high "barrio alto" neighbourhood with narrow, cobblestone streets. Antonio, Diogo

We stayed for two nights and the service we received was amazing. Diogo and David were awesome hosts, each and every one of Diogo’s recommendations were 100%. He recommended great local restaurants that were amazing and affordable and steered us away from some tourist traps.
The location is in the heart of the action but once we got to our room it was very quiet, the new windows worked great.
Breakfast was top notch, Diego is a great cook. Plenty of options for everyone and great espresso and cappuccino.
We will return on our next trip to Lisbon.

What a fantastic stay at the LR Guesthouse! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Milena, Diogo and David were exceptional hosts, always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the main attractions and very close to the metro.
The breakfast was delicious, and it was a perfect start of the day.
The room was spacious and comfortable, the outside terrace, where we could relax in cozy seating, read, or chat with other guests—it was such a peaceful and inviting space.
The team is incredibly responsive and will ensure you have an amazing stay. Would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again in the future!

What a great experience at the LR Guest house. Dioggo and David were the best host. The other young lady was great as well, but I only saw her briefly. The location is very walkable to all the important places and accessible to the train. Their breakfast and coffee was great, they make great food themselves as well. The room was spacious for 2 adults and a teenager, and we loved our tiny balcony view. My favorite part was the patio area with a reading nook that served as a socializing space as well. 10/10 recommend this hotel! Would stay here even longer and again if I could.
To preface the initial entrance will through you off a bit, but they are very responsive.
