Prime location, right in the middle of so many good restaurants and the nightlife district. There is so much to do within walking distance.
The breakfast buffet is absolutely phenomenal, with so many delicious options for all palates!
The decor is nothing spectacular, almost feeling like the bare minimum for luxury. Take that with a grain of salt, I am American 😆

We stayed at the hotel on 9/23-25/2024 for two nights.

The hotel is clean and tidy, efficient staff, nice if good service skills.
The location of the hotel in the city center is excellent and the variety of restaurants and places to visit in the area is very large.
The breakfast is varied and of a high standard.
The need to reach the fifth floor by two elevators did not affect the quality of the stay.

The rooms are small and if a couple is coming you should take this into account.

It would be nice if there was a coffee maker in the room so that those who intend to come and want to make coffee should bring a small kettle with them.

In any case, the hotel provided full value for our money and we will definitely consider coming there again.

Really excellent location and nicest staff on earth! i came here in November 2024 for a short business and private trip, and this hotel is one of the nicest hotel i have visited in 2024. Not only it is situated in the city center and you only need like 5 min walk to the trinidade station, the room is very very quiet and comfortable. Unlike our bad experience in Rome, the service is always nice and the staff help whenever they can. The staff member Ms D. Mendes must be mentioned, she was extremely helpful and professional, i could solve the minor issues with her help immediately. I absolutely recommend you this hotel if you are planning a trip to Porto.

Nice clean room though it’s on smaller side
Location is good enough to walk to the riverside around 10 minutes with many restaurants nearby. Reception staffs are friendly, only problem is our card didn’t work on the second day and we need to go back to reception to get the new access card which is troublesome, and only 1 elevator is working

Very clean, well maintained hotel located in the center of Porto. Just be aware that night life can be an issue for people looking for quite location. However soundproof windows absorb 90% of the noise so even at night noise levels are acceptable.
