WOW!!! What a beautiful hotel with incredible hospitality. Loved the historic building and all the elegant thoughtful details...but the quality of service makes the experience so memorable! It is located in a perfect spot to explore all of Porto. Our room was large and plush with the most comfortable bed. Thank you for making our October weekend in Porto so wonderful.

The highlight of our stay at this hotel was undoubtedly the exceptional staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. While the breakfast was good, it didn’t quite reach the level of excellence set by the rest of the hotel. We stayed at Torel Palace for part of our honeymoon and had a wonderful time! The hotel itself is beautiful and it was so fun staying in such a unique place. Bruna sat down with us when we arrived and told us about the history of the building and everything we should see and do in Porto. She really made our experience!!!
