Great location. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. The sheets and towels are clean and smell of fresh soap. The elevator is tiny and barely fit two people. The only downside was the pictures made the room look a lot larger than it actually is.

My husband and I had the most gorgeous 3 night stay here. Location is so central in Old Belgrade (a few mins walk to Independence Square), room aesthetic was amazing and attention to detail from the friendly staff beyond reproach. We had a suite with a jacuzzi and it was so fab to use after a long day of walking. While others may have mentioned street noise while sleeping (because yes, it is located in a busy area), we did not experience this because we were not facing the main street and it was very peaceful. Hopefully we will get back here again!

We stayed at One Luxury Suites for two nights and wish we could have stayed longer!! The staff were all exceptional and very kind. Marija was especially  helpful and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and local sites. We would highly recommend One Luxury Suites for anyone travelling to Belgrade.

This is a very luxurious hotel in an excellent location.  The rooms are very clean, spacious, and well decorated with luxury high-end finishing.  Service is very good!  The staff were all friendly and welcoming!   The only suggested improvement would be to include breakfast in the nightly rate.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and every time it's nice. The staff is very friendly,  they always are eager to help and they ask you if you need anything. I have stayed at many hotels, and this one is strong 4* hotels.
What I like:
Clean rooms and friendly staff
Quite safe, only guests can enter, have to have keys, plus cameras everywhere in the lobby and floors
Complimentary coffee and tea every day
Great location
Awesome transfer from and to airport for additional charge (same as local, but better cars and door to door service!)

What I dont like:
This hotel can use more sound proof features, but to be fair other hotels I have stayed at are quite similar
This hotel is not very loud though, I feel like people who stay here are mostly families.
