Stay at the hotel was outstanding from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The staff went above and beyond, providing warm, attentive service throughout our visit.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of December 2024.
This is a great hotel: the staff is friendly and helpful and attentive, from receptionist staff to the kind staff working in the lounge. The rooms were great. The breakfast was excellent, with a great view of the city.
We were very pleased overall. Kudos to the hotel management and staff!

Great hotel with a classy spa, delicious breakfast and bar with a cool view. Our room had a spectacular view of mountains. The room was spacious. Doormen and service were responsive. Nice cocktail menu at the bar.

A 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Ljubljana. We stayed in an exceptionally spacious and cozy room, with hospitality at the highest level. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna with a stunning view of the city through the window. However, what truly stood out was the breakfast and the view. The variety of food and drinks, including Slovenian champagne, was simply unforgettable—delicious! I can't wait to return, this time with friends, as we were there for a design event in Ljubljana on a business trip.

I like this hotel cause it's the chain of hotels in many countries and I had been in it in Kazakhstan.
They have great service and I was surprised by the tea they served - real tea in a great tea pot, not the tea bags.
The hotel also offers spa and beautification services like manicure, pedicure, waxing, hairdresser, makeup and so on and so forth. All that is with the beautiful view from the 18th floor.
Many languages are spoken in the hotel so you will have no trouble.
Plus the location is extremely great - 5 minute walk from all the museums, galleries, city center, castle and other sightseeing places.
