This is a beautiful boutique hotel. The decor and environment are traditional. Everything is tastefully designed and executed.
The location is great. A 10 minute walk across the river to the centre of everything. But Triana is a distinct and authentic neighbourhood with great bars, restaurants and local squares, teeming with fabulous food and people. All around Triana house is quiet at sleep time.
Breakfast is wonderful. Staff are caring, professional and attentive.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

A really gorgeous little boutique hotel in the Triana district. Only a few minutes walk from the city centre, it benefits from being surrounded by neighbourhood bars and restaurants that give a less touristy sense of Seville.
The rooms are stunning; 7 different ones, each themed to an area of Andalusia.
Really helpful, friendly staff. The hotel is only manned 8-23:00 but they are always willing to recommend places and answer any questions.
Breakfast is simple but beautifully served.
A really relaxing, independent, lovely hotel. Highly, highly recommended.

Thank you Grazia & Sandra for such a warm welcome! We felt so cared for and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

They were able to hold our luggage for us so we were able to explore the city with ease until our room was ready and also held it for us when we were switching to a different hotel.

The room was absolutely gorgeous and the location was close to everything we needed.

Highly recommend! And hope to come back again soon.

We had a lovely stay at Triana House! The room was decorated with care, the bed was really comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. We were happy that the window could open wide, to let in fresh air every morning. We especially loved the breakfast every morning (included for free because we booked directly with them): it was delicious and so much food! Location was great and the neighborhood very safe and quiet. The team also provided a really nice guide with their Sevilla recommendations.

We also want to thank the team who found our e-reader (we accidentally left it behind), and helped us book a UPS pick-up, to deliver it back to us. Thank you!!!

Our recent experience at Triana House Hotel Boutique in Seville was exceptional. The place really does look like the gorgeous photos. The Sevilla Room was over the top beautifully decorated and very clean. The check in and out process was efficient and the staff was remarkably pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal; in the midst of Triana but on a fairly quiet street. The breakfast was excellent also. Finally, I want to acknowledge the very green design and energy efficiency that is an invisible part of the elegant renovation.
