An amazing evening with the best sushi ever. Intensely personal and warm welcome and conversation.  Great opportunity to learn about the fresh produce, the mariage of sushi and sherry and the technique used to make the best sushi.   It’s a must. Reserve early!

I do not recommend this place. We arrived starving to the restaurant about 37 minutes before it closed 5pm. There was plenty of free spaces at the bar. The man in charge said he wouldn’t serve us because we had no reservation. I said even a simple meal of anything he had on hand would be fine! He wouldn’t budge. He was unfriendly. And arrogant.

The best Japanese experience in Cadiz. It should be a must in your visit even there is not a typical Spanish cuisine.
Victor, the chef, creates a real Andalusian environment with all the dinner guest that you are going to share your experience at the same time, you are going to learn to much regarding fish cutting, Japanese tradition,…,etc.

Always an amazing experience. Good food, nice host and calm atmosphere to enjoy with your company. Viktor explains perfectly, and is also a master in facilitating the dialogue without speaking himself too much. Unfortunately he has spoiled our  sushi expectations. Nothing we try elsewhere comes close.
