Fantastic menu. The food is top quality with balanced flavours.

It was a second visit and we were disappointed. The Moscow Salad was not great, not real Mayonnaise, the pickled vegetables were nice. We ordered Ssam but got Pijotas Fritas which were oily. The main courses were good, Iberian Pork and Fideuá were excellent. The atmosphere was not great , very bright lights and a small selection of music on a loop.

Nice work team -- between the chef's inspired tasing menu and our waiter's sherry pairings we had a most memorable meal. I've eaten quite a few oysters in my time but never like the oyster with apple and coconut. Muchas gracias.

Great lunch on a friday. Salmorejo was very good and the solomillo too.
The tuna tartar, in my opinion,  was overseasoned. Tuna quality was very good.
Service also efficient professional not too stiff or formal.
And the wine recommend I enjoyed a lot. The cava could have been colder. The espresso was good to finish it all off. There was no room to try the desert. Perhaps next time.

We very much enjoyed two evenings at this great restaurant, a wonderful space with tables in the courtyard and an inside space both at the front of the restaurant and to the side of the courtyard.
The menu is simple, with great local produce and creative cooking.
As a lover of Sherry I enjoyed some seriously good wines recommended by the guys who looked after us, including some very limited VOS and VORS wines. The wine list was packed with some super interesting local wines from the Cadiz province as well as some bargains from the classic regions of Spain.
Thank you team, we will return.
