Exquisite dishes, wonderful service and a minimalistic atmosphere that makes the food the star. The flavor profiles were unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Would definitely recommend this place and hope they get a Michelin star soon

Dropped in on a rare rainy night in Seville.

The restaurant is in a hotel lobby, haphazardly separated with partitions that do nothing to hide newly arrived guests bumping suitcase sound on the tiles. The other side has used what looks like dorm/hostel partitions that you can see and hear service and other equipment through. It's an odd atmosphere.

I opted for the tasting menu. It has numerous nicely portioned courses. They were inventive and flavorful. The pork liver was a departure - chewy and very salty (and I like salt). My waiter was very knowledgeable about the food and explained each course. The meal was well timed and the service was attentive. The ladies room had run out of toilet paper so a huge roll of hand paper towel was placed on the sink. This is likely a hotel duty but it goes along with the awkwardness of being in a partitioned lobby.

I would say the restaurant has a more informal lunch vibe than a dinner.

It was a lovely evening with the good advices of Antonio. We were delighted to try many innovative and surprising plates.

However, the bathroom wasn’t clean and the decor wasn’t very beautiful.

Of course, this does not detract from the quality of the dishes.

Great appetizer and I really liked the pork shoulder, pork cut and hummus. The menu wasn’t very clear though, it’s a plate of appetizers + 4 « entrées » and 1 main dish. Dessert didn’t steal the show, it’s a bit too oily to my taste.

The tasting menu was great, even though there is an opportunity to either explain it better on the menu or proactively by the wait staff. At some point we didn't know what we were trying. Antonio was friendly and knowledgeable, so he didn't mind answering our many questions.

This place has been recommended for a Michelin star multiple times, and one way they can help to make it happen is to improve the atmosphere. The restaurant is located right at the lobby of a hotel and there is no clear separation. Creating some walls and choosing a more appealing decor and lights would make this place much more inviting.
