Absolutely delighted with my experience at La Era de los Nogales! From the moment We walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. A special shout-out to Chef Toño, whose culinary talent is truly remarkable. The presentation of each dish was a masterpiece, with flavors that were both innovative and deeply satisfying. Toño’s attention to detail shines through in every bite, and it’s no surprise that this incredible restaurant has earned its first, and very well-deserved, Michelin star!

The entire team at La Era de los Nogales is outstanding – they are not only professional but genuinely passionate about providing guests with an exceptional experience. Their hospitality makes you feel right at home, and their dedication to excellence is evident in every aspect of the meal.

Torbellino de sensaciones,gustos y sabores,me habéis sorprendido con mezcla perfecta en cada pase y con la presentación al detalle de cada plato.
Cada singular persona de la sala, cada trabajador y trabajadora y el conjunto en sí de todo el restaurante se merecen todos los premios que les den, también a todos los que trabajan y no se les ve, sin vosotros no hubiera disfrutado la experiencia de hoy.
El chef del restaurante muy entregado en todo momento, me ha encantado verlo crear arte para el paladar.

Además, las vistas son simplemente increíbles, añadiendo un valor extra a la experiencia. Poder disfrutar de una comida de este nivel mientras se contempla un paisaje tan espectacular es algo que no tiene precio.
