The water park is fun and a nice activity to do if you are in the Alcudia area. The staff were attentive and a laugh to be around. Shout out to Samuel! There are a variety of slides but could be a few more maybe in years to come. But since I am not very daring the few selective of water slides were perfect for me. The reviews on this water park are actually a disgrace on the public behalf, some people are rightly just cranky Karen’s. Water park is good clean and tidy the floor is hot yes but that’s nothing to do with them it’s the sun. Wear sun shoes. The slides are good kids can go down most of them the wave pool is good would like to see it more frequently alright. The fast pass is very good I didn’t get it but they have there own line on each it doesn’t slow down people that have regular passes which is good. The staff were fine to me some happier then others which is normal I can imagine standing in the heat is very draining and makes them tired. Sunbeds are 5.50 for the day or you can go by the kids area and just put a towel on the grass.

I'll state the obvious: buying a Fast Pass was a great move. Short wait every time for slides. We did as many rides as we wanted; it's that simple - a necessary evil of modern money-hungry seasonal tourism hotspots. The entire thing is overpriced, so we just accepted that and went all in.

Some lifeguards are aware the place is supposed to be fun and move the queues along promptly and cheerfully, others obviously hate their jobs and obsess over minor infringements.

There is shade if you seek it, food looked fine and not outrageously priced either.

The lockers are small and excessively expensive, but peace-of-mind is important rather that worrying someone is rummaging through your stuff.

Bottom line, do your research, manage your expectations, pay up and have fun.

It was a lot better than expected. After reading some of the reviews we expected a park for small kids with bad food and annoying staff. But the slides are fun. Some slides are more fun for adults because you go a bit faster if you carry a few extra pounds. The food was alright but expensive. The staff was fine although they did seem very uninterested.

Ive also read some criticism on the fast pass but its managed very well by the staff. Fast pass does get you at the front of the line but does not delay the regular line much.

But when you go to a park like this, for me its the slides and the pool that count. We liked it and the kids (8 and 10) loved it too.

Oh dont buy the photo prints. They are expensive and very, very badly printed.

As we were staying at Hotel Club Mac on the opposite side of the road and had included access here - we'd have been daft not to come. With two young boys, this place was heaven for them. Great free WiFi was good for the parents!
The kids had their favourite slides which they kept doing over and over again - as well as the hourly trip to the big wave machine pool. With this being in the dieing days of the season, there were hardly any people here and thus - no queues for any rides, happy days.
Plenty of attentive life guards, although at least one was a bit over zealous with the whistle. She barely gave anyone more than a second to surface from the splashdown before she hit the whistle and gestured the non-offending individual to get out the way. Honestly, patience was lacking massively with that guard and as a result, her cry-wolf whistling meant she was ignored even more.
Another lifeguard at the top of the two-person tyre drop really needs to have a word about doing a kick to the inflatable as it goes on its way. She caused ours to spin which meant my 10yr olds foot scraped all the way down the slide. He was crying out in pain and hobbled out the pool. He never rode it again, even though it was his favourite. That's a dropped star.
I won't mention the affront of being charged €5 for a lounger (but that'sthe other dropped star).
