We loved out stay in this Hotel. For us the location was really good, we wanted it quiet and it was only 15 min by walk from the harbor. Tho you need your car when you wanna go to Mao.
The service is great - they were always reachable for our questions and were super quick in answering. Thank you for that. Also the restaurant at the location is amazing - you should definitely go.
We also enjoyed the pool and the garden a lot.
The rooms are also very nice, tho the windows didn't shut a 100% which normally we don't mind but due to some.weather and heavy winds the wind blew through and it was really loud.

The setting is lovely and the music was good. We only went to have a drink and listen to the live music so I can’t comment on the hotel or food. However when we asked if we can just have drinks the staff wasn’t very welcoming and quite cold, we were put in a corner and forgotten about, we had to grab a waiter to order and then when our drinks came my friend ordered a glass of wine, the waitress just poured what was left in the bottle, which wasn’t enough to fill the glass to the correct level. So we thought she’d go and grab another bottle but no, she just didn’t come back so my friend just had a very small glass of wine. I’m disappointed that we had such bad service, I think it’s probably because we just wanted drinks and not food. The other people who were eating seemed to have ok service and seemed to be enjoying their food. Also looking at the servers they didn’t smile once at anyone, and they also tried to charge us for a bottle of water that we ordered that we never got, when we refused to pay for it the server was slightly agressive and challenged us over it. So overall poor service/ experience; at least the music was good. I think next time I come I’ll go for a meal and hopefully have a better experience.

What a wonderful place to spend a week! We had a very clean, very cozy room here, just 10 minutes from Mao. A chilled bottle of water was kept full in our fridge and housekeeping available any time we wanted it. The full breakfast every morning was a perfect way to start the day, and after just a few days the staff knew what we would order and brought it out when they saw us there. The on site restaurant served wonderful meals at dinner, including an arroz and an enormous gallo de sant pedro. The pool is very clean, the gardens extensive and tranquil, and the pomada at cocktail hour is not to be missed!

Old, dirty and nog properly set-up for a fire escape. Airconditioning and fridge did not work. Breakfast was extremely poor. For the Price they charge IT is not only a rip-off but also a scam. Place should be closed for guests imediately. Don't go there.
