We recently visited Terrae Restaurant and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The ambiance was charming, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

One thing to note is that the appetizer courses are served to share. While this wasn’t a big issue for us, it’s something to keep in mind, as we know some people who might not appreciate this style of serving.

The food was good, though there is some room for improvement. The fish course was absolutely delicious—definitely a highlight of the meal. However, the steak was a bit of a disappointment. It was cooked through, which made us wonder if this was the chef’s intention. Unfortunately, we weren’t asked how we would like it cooked, and for a restaurant of this, this oversight would be quite surprising.

Additionally, we had to wait about 30 minutes for our first course, which felt quite long, especially when you’re hungry. That said, the timing of the remaining courses was much better.

In summary, Terrae is a nice, albeit somewhat pricey, restaurant. We had a good evening—nothing more, nothing less. To make it a great experience, be sure to specify how you like your meat cooked, and it can turn out to be a well-rounded dining experience. Thank you for a pleasant vacation evening

Right, so we have tried half of the menu😅 I can surely say, that the place worth the visit, especially if you are a fan of Michelin recommended places.

All dishes styled in modern/contemporary way, portions, I’d say, are moderate. They have tasting menu (4 dishes or 8) and wine or drinks pairing.

I’d personally give 5 to wines (all local) and meat dish in the tasting menu. Great idea with cabbage as well (playing with textures and flavors). Leek dish was also tasty and well cooked.

Off the tasting menu we’ve tried tacos and potato bread with hummus. Tacos were interestingly different to the basic once’s, that you can have almost everywhere, so I’d suggest to try them.

Dessert and cocktails in my personal opinion require some adjustments.

Incredible food, great attention to detail by the staff and very friendly and personable. Although the restaurant is very high quality it isn’t stuffy or posh in the slightest. It’s a really chilled vibe, cool decor and you can wear what you want. We had the set menu with 4 courses (no option for a la carte) which was 52 euro pp and it was PLENTY of food. Like, absolutely no smaller than a normal 3 course. And it was fantastic. Amazing flavours and presentation. You choose your main and everything else is as it comes - they will check for allergies of course. Highly recommend.

We had a great dinner at Terrae. The table wasn’t ready when we got there, but other than that the experience was really excellent. We had the half omakase meal. Excellent food, the cooking couldn’t be faulted. They like their foams here. Very friendly service. A candidate for ‘best restaurant in Puerto de Pollença’.
