What a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly located and the views are gorgeous. I loved my room and the view of the water. The breakfast is delicious and definitely worth the cost. The staff is so kind and helpful, I cannot think of one negative thing to say. You will certainly get your money’s here. I can’t imagine visiting during high season, I hear it gets packed. But late October is perfect and cool and just a wonderful experience.

The staff of the hotel is definitely the (only) highlight. The area is not the best if you are looking for beautiful beaches, but it is convenient if you are not looking to drive a lot because there is a beach right in front of the hotel.

Staff was always very helpful/nice, rooms were clean, but having stayed in other places of the island I think it is not worth the cost-benefit.

The heated pool was extremely cold and the all over the place 80s decor was not what I like, but ok if you don’t care about how the hotel looks.

Be mindful of how you are booking it. I had a medical problem and had to leave earlier than expected. Even with the unfortunate circumstances, I did not get a partial refund.

Unfortunately, even with the great staff I do not recommend it.

Very good hotel with beautiful view of the port.
The pool and garden area are surprisingly big and nicely set up.

Spa area is not huge but doesn't seem to be used a lot and it's also pretty solid. Treatments are good as well.

The fitness room is a little stuffed so you can't use a lot of the machines properly, but you are fine for a small workout.

Food is good, especially in the bistro / lunch and at dinner. Also very nice seating with sea view.
Breakfast buffet is Kinda ok, but the room is pretty loud and we were not satisfied with the egg-dishes. You'd think you can't mess up fried egg and bacon, but you actually can. We used the a la carte breakfast, which is also included. That's way better even though it's not a lot or choices.

Stunning views, staff couldn’t have been any nicer. Amazing facilities the outdoor pool and indoor pool and sauna steam room and water beds. Amazing food at restaurant and poolside. Super attentive staff. Wonderful cocktails.

This hotel is awesome. Beautiful location, spacious rooms and very comfortable and well decorated. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The view of the bay is spectacular. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a relaxing time to explore Port de Soller.
