The best thing is the attention, super efficient. I have dealt with Idoia in after-sales service on more than one occasion and it is always up to par. Their attention is not only correct but it is very fast. Of the jewelry firms I know, this one has the best after-sales service. Neither Tiffany&Co nor Rabat reach this level of attention and speed. When I go to Bilbao I will go shopping there. There are hardly any jewelry stores left with this level of commitment to the customer. Thank you so much !
