We went for lunch at La Sandunga in Tegueste, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The restaurant has a charming atmosphere with a stunning view, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed meal. The staff were friendly and professional, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit.

The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, showcasing a real attention to detail. Chef Gonzalo even took the time to personally greet us upon our arrival and bid us farewell as we left, which added a special touch to the whole experience. Highly recommended!

We love it there, it's a bit of a drive but worth it. Great views too. We were 6 adults and shared 4 starters, 4 mains, 3 bottles of wine, 4 deserts, coffees at the end. Was a perfect selection :amount, diversity and balance - wise. The bill was 330. As my friend fairly admitted : it's a Michelin star level food but without arrogance - the waiters are very professional, but warm at the same time, they have time for a joke and a quick friendly chat.

Lost in rural surroundings, little reactive to calls and emails - this restaurant has turned out to be the best culinary surprise of the island. Creative Fusion-cuisine probably describes it best. The plates look like a piece of art.  Japanese inspiration, local ingredients and a solid dose of high-end cooking technique made our lunch a very memorable moment. Guide Michelin has awarded this place with a Bip Gourmand. Kitchen wise it is definitely worth more. Service is highly professional and currently hasn't an easy job with the Covid measures. Price wise an absolute bargain. Portions, especially those of the main courses, are big. Come curious and hungry as well. The mark up on local wines is modest.

One of the best foods in the Island.
There was a truffle season so we had cured mackarel with black truffle, creamy rice with green asparagus and white truffle, squid with black rice and for dessert deconstructed tiramisu! Food 9,5/10 (Only moms or wifes food is 10/10) We asked for reccomendations for the waiter and he nailed it, every dish was amazing, we had a very good experience food vise.
Few things:
- Wine list by glass is very poor
- When making booking ask to sit inside the house not in terace!
