I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant in Santander! The food was perfectly timed and served at the right temperature, and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable about both the menu and wine list. The rabas was one of the surprises of the meal, since the presentation was not according to the excellent taste of the plate. However, on the other side, the ensaladilla rusa disappointed a bit when it was served in a tiny and modern presentation.

The cheesecake here is a masterpiece, and definitely something I would recommend to order as a must

Top experience and amazing food 💚 No words to describe it. You just have to go and try it. Can’t understand why the rating is not 5 stars because the food ia incredibly delicious. And the staff was more than accommodating considering that we didn’t have a reservation and the kitchen was closing soon. Oh, and one more thing: if you love a restaurant where you can see how the food is prepared, this is the place 😍

At the entrance there is more of an pub-feeling where you can stand and drink/eat. Then at the back there is more fine dining. Very good food, best Anschovis I ever had.
The cheesecake is a must.
