This might have been one of the best meals of my life. Everything was a back to back home run. The service was wonderful as they explained everything in detail and answered questions we had very kindly. We are Spanish speaking but the menu was in English and Spanish. There are small plates (not like tapas - not meant to be shared. They are priced individually and you must order the same small plates for every person at the table) and large plates that can be shared. We ended up doing just small plates (about 4-7 euros per person each small plate, although a couple go up to 10 euros per person). We got the croquette, the ravioli, the wonton and ramen, the burger, and a crispy wonton. All hits. 10/10

When I first walked in, the host visibly looked surprised to see me and then was shocked that I had a reservation.

We were quickly sat and I noticed that the restaurant was semi-empty for a lunch service. Despite that, it took our waiter nearly 15 minutes to return to our table—I had to flag them down for water. It then took an unusually long time for the waiter to return again time to place our order. He sheepishly placed bread on our table without the special salts and olive oil. I had to request it and he gave a half-hearted and quick explanation on what they were. I observed the other three tables around me receive attentive and quick service. The restaurant was not busy.

I had to cancel dessert and request the check during as we ate our last dish, just so I didn’t have to flag our waiter down again.

It’s such a shame that the poor service overshadowed the quality of the food. We enjoyed each dish, but felt ‘othered’ and ignored for nearly two hours.

This is an absolutely lovely place!!! I highly recommend it! All dishes are unique and taste amazing!! Johnathan provided  great care of our table. I would definitely visit it again when I'm in Toledo.

Tucked away in a little street of Toledo. The internal decor is great and it's a well lit place. The staff were friendly and explained every dish. The food was very good and reasonably priced. I had veal for the first time and it was unbelievably tender. The desert was a kind of bread pudding soaked in milk with cinnamon ice cream on top with these pop rock like things, it was recommended by the staff and also very good.
