From the moment we arrived at El Palace, we were treated with exceptional hospitality by the entire staff. The level of service was impeccable, making our stay a truly luxurious experience.

The hotel itself is an architectural masterpiece, exuding a refined elegance that is both majestic and welcoming. It perfectly embodies a timeless classic luxury, a standard of excellence that remains unmatched through the years. The rooms are of outstanding quality, beautifully decorated with fine materials, offering an atmosphere of comfort and exclusivity. Every part of the hotel, from the exquisite restaurants and elegant bars to the stylish and serene lounge areas, reflects a commitment to excellence and timeless beauty.

We stayed at El Palace from February 7th to 9th, and one of the most memorable aspects of our visit was the incredible upgrade to a suite we received. As I had planned a special marriage proposal at the hotel, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, surprising us with a suite upgrade that made this once-in-a-lifetime moment even more magical.

A very special thank you goes to Fabio at the Bar Hall, whose professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Not only did he prepare exquisite cocktails, but he also engaged us in a fascinating conversation about the rich history of this iconic hotel. His passion and knowledge made our experience even more meaningful, and he is undoubtedly one of the most outstanding professionals we have ever encountered.

El Palace is a hotel that embodies elegance, history, and world-class service. Without a doubt, we will return to this magnificent place, which truly deserves to be ranked among the best in the world in its category.

The staff were amazing. polite, welcoming, and more than happy to make your visit a bit easier with their local knowledge they will point you in the right direction of what you're looking for; if you ask!
The rooms are amazing, and the complimentary products are of good quality.  The coffee machine is supplied with decent coffee, too!!
I'd recommend the high tea in the tea room downstairs.
The cuisine at the restaurant was superb; if you have room service, it is delivered to temperature.
The rooms are very clean and kept so every day.
As soon as I arrived, I received a warm welcome.
I really enjoyed my stay at

Our stay at El Palace Hotel Barcelona was absolutely breathtaking. This hotel is rich in history and charm, with stunning classic architecture that transports you to another era. Every corner of the hotel reflects its heritage and elegance, making it a truly special place to stay.

We were upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The level of service was unmatched—from the front desk to room service, every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

The food was exceptional, especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a delicious and high-quality selection to start the day. Plus, the location is ideal, making it easy to explore Barcelona.

If you’re looking for a luxurious five-star experience, El Palace Hotel is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

We didn’t stay at the hotel, and we were actually looking for the Bluesman Bar, the speakeasy downstairs, but they were closed for a private event. We sat at the hotel bar in the back and had the most surprisingly amazing experience with our mixologist Fabio! He was awesome and poured out some of the best drinks in Barcelona!
