Loved my stay at Granados 83! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and made to feel really special. The staff was fantastic...very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

The hotel itself is super clean and in a great location, making it easy to get around Barcelona. But again,  the real highlight was the hospitality. The team truly goes above and beyond to make sure every guest has a great experience.

Highly recommend!

This was an exceptional stay for us being our first time in Barcelona. The service was outstanding and we were looked after with everything that we needed. The location was perfect and the hotel was so clean and stylish. Would highly recommend.
Thank you for a wonderful few nights.

We stayed here with my friend for 1 day and they blocked my friend's card even though we paid the hotel fee. I think they thought we were thieves. This is a very shameful move. We stayed at the hotel for only 1 night and paid the fee. They gave us ground floor rooms and frankly we didn't like it. They block your credit card and do not provide any information about it. This is very ugly behavior. I do not recommend this hotel.There was also a bellboy standing at the reception and he kept saying something in Spanish with a polite attitude. Frankly, this was very disturbing. people come here to rest. I guess he doesn't have to suffer from the attitudes  people and he's not ashamed at all. That bellboy is a very shameless person. The woman who comes to the hotel disturbs the guests.

I have checked in countless times, and now at 9:30 in the morning, I was woken up again by the earthquake-like sound of opening and closing doors, and the housekeeper pushing things in the aisle. This hotel has no soundproofing system at all and is extremely noisy. Can housekeeper please be gentler in this situation?

Wheelchair Access: our room (room 010 on the bottom floor) was fully wheelchair accessible with enough space for either a manual or power chair. The bathroom was large with a sliding door and the shower was a roll-in. A shower chair was provided upon request. The bedroom was spacious with enough room to maneuver the chair and under bed clearance appears high enough for a portable floor lift if needed. The main entrance has stairs or a steep ramp to get into the hotel but there is a special wheelchair entrance and the doorman was always so helpful at letting us in or out of the building using this special entrance. Our only complaint was that we were not able to access a double executive room with a balcony (not wheelchair accessible, the wheelchair accessible rooms are the double standard rooms).

Location: We loved the location of this hotel! Tourist sites in Barcelona seem a bit spread out and it was about a 20 minute walk to get to any of the hot spots. However, there were ample delicious restaurants close by and a little convenience store only a half block away for any necessities. The hotel is on a quite street and our room opened into the courtyard so it was incredibly quiet. Our room also had a double door so that we didn't hear lobby noise.

Service: The staff at the hotel were so incredibly helpful and friendly! Everyone we interacted with was so kind and lovely. Everyone was so accommodating! We did find it unusual that bottled water and fresh coffee pods were not provided daily, but we simply purchased our own.
