We've had a fabulous stay at Ohla Example. The moment we checked in the front desk staff were great. Room was clean and well equipped. We ate at the Japanese restaurant our first night which was perfectly fine. The breakfast was excellent,and again the staff were so helpful. The rooftop pool is great, heated throughout winter. No hesitation in recommending and we'll return if in Barcelona again.

Can I give them 10 stars?  I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.  The staff is so genuinely friendly and pleasant it’s almost disarming.  The rooms are lovely, clean, modern and spacious.  The includes breakfast is far above the standard breakfast buffet.  The access to many popular tourist attractions is divine.  I would highly recommend

Fantastic hotel! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, made our visit that extra bit special. Location is perfect for exploring Barcelona and decor is calming and chic to come back to after a busy day. Breakfast was 10/10, a good variety and catered for gluten free well. Would highly recommend.

Staying at Hotel Ohla Eixample was one of the best hotel experiences of my life. Moments before even stepping through the doors, my husband and I were greeted like royalty and offered a cold glass of water while we were completing the check-in process which was quick and easy. They carried our bags and accompanied us to our room to explain all of the hotel and room details. The room was very aesthetic, had a nice view, had a waterfall showerhead (dreamy!) and extra toiletries which was so helpful for the last leg of our trip. I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service. I just felt so welcomed and taken care of at all times. Everyone was incredibly professional and kind. The breakfast buffet was delicious, plentiful and had a large variety of dishes and drinks plus options made to order for no additional cost. The neighborhood was calm and clean and close to the shops and bars. Lastly, the entire hotel was very aesthetic and modern. I would not think twice about booking this hotel again and I highly recommend it to everyone. The only thing I regret is not staying here longer! We hope to come back soon.

I recently stayed at Ohla Eixample and I can confidently say it was one of the most outstanding hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was nothing short of phenomenal. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable and seamless as possible.

The rooms were immaculate, the amenities top-notch, and the attention to detail was impeccable. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the extraordinary customer service. After checking out, I realized I had left my suit behind—a suit I needed for a wedding later that day. In a moment of panic, I called the hotel, and to my absolute amazement, the manager himself offered to personally drive my suit to me, even though I was over an hour away.

Not only did he arrive in time, but his kindness and professionalism were unmatched. It's rare to find such dedication in the hospitality industry, and Ohla Eixample exceeded every expectation. This level of care and commitment left a lasting impression, and I’m certain I’ll be returning in the future. If you're looking for a hotel that truly cares about its guests, look no further than Ohla Eixample. They will go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable!
