Excellent stay from start to end! The location was even better than I imagined,  opposite Westfields Shopping Centre and 5 mins walk to metro station (10 minute metro journey to get to Sagrada Familia)

Room was extremely clean, spacious and TV had the option of Netflix which was great. Fantastic breakfast options to start the day, everything was available.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made things more pleasant. Special mention to Coral on the welcome desk who was very welcoming when I arrived and just added a special touch to my experience on every occasion I needed assistance. Security staff Salvador was also great. Will definitely recommend and will 100% return on my next trip to Barcelona (hopefully better weather though 😅)

Friendly staff with modern decor in the lobby. Located right next to commercial shopping mall with plenty of major well known retailers. The hotel rooms are somewhat lackluster though with sparse amenities. Bath towels are well aged. Shower temperature control is finicky and randomly cycles between warm and hot. The bed is comfortable - a plus for the room. But that’s about it. Breakfast at the hotel was mediocre. They were either short staffed or just didn’t clean up the tables. I ended up cleaning up a table myself so I could sit down and eat.

I can’t really recommend this hotel - unless the price is right and you plan on just sleeping here and not much more.

The service it is great. Employees are very friendly.  I did enjoy the room. It was nice, spacious enough and very clean. At the blue small bar Irina was wonderful. Welcome us with a smile and kindness. The breakfast was amazing. Pleased to have stayed here.

We organized an event in this hotel last week for 220 people.
The experience was great! The hotel was very clean and modern and the food was amazing.
A huge thank you to the Events and F&B teams, who were exceptional throughout the process. Their professionalism and attention to detail were apparent from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly. Special thanks to Juliette, Clara, Carolina, Nacho, and Roger for their dedication and tireless effort. We couldn't have done it without you! Looking forward to the next opportunity to work together. Thank you again for making our event a success!

I had a great stay at this hotel during my recent business trip. The location was excellent — very convenient and accessible to public transport, and just a three-minute walk from my office, which made things incredibly easy.

The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of options. The rooms were clean, neat, and spacious — no complaints there. I also appreciated the option to cast my Netflix account to the TV, which was a nice touch and made unwinding after work very convenient.

The only issue I faced was with the lift. To access the room floor, you need to insert your key card in the lift’s card reader, but it often didn’t work properly, which was a bit frustrating.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again despite the minor inconvenience with the lift.
