Simply the best meal and dinning experience we had in our time in Pallars.  Amazing food, great wine selection and the front of house staff served the table expertly.  Fantastic.

My girlfriend surprised me with a special dinner in a special weekend... and what a surprise...!
Jose, the owner of the restaurant, was the perfect host explaining all the dishes his 'Slow Food KM 0' menu had to offer. The all dinner was PERFECT and for each dish served the flavors never stopped surprising us. The quality and the flavors of the served products just transported me to my childhood.
At the end of dinner Jose explained us how he lived the all 'Estrella Michelin' experience and it was just amazing hearing about that. Specially because he is a simple and modest person that together with his wife (the Chef) managed to earn this prize.
A recommended place to go, with very good food, the best service and for a reasonable price.
