Service was pretty quick even with huge crowd. Could request the cashier to mix up the portions of churros and porras to be able to try both.

I loved this place. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great service despite the fact that that it was full. Very well known and famous in Madrid for their churros. But I came for the dark chocolate ice cream and it was melt in your mouth yummy goodness. The perfect way to rest after all the walking around Madrid and enjoy a delicious treat.

Chutros with hot chocolate was amazing. Plenty of seating but it's very high demand. Seating inside, outside and downstairs where the waiters will get you tour order. Lots of cool celebrity pics

If this isn’t on your Madrid itinerary- it better be! Service is so quick so do not be scared of the long queues, we were seated very quickly downstairs - which was a little cramped (and with no phone signal too!) . The classic is the 6x churros which come with dipping sauce - great snack and super good! The chocolate sauce was fantastic too - I snuck a sip and was pure chocolate heaven!! A fantastic price too.

Warning: be prepared to wait in line. It goes pretty fast and they are very well organized at managing their orders.

Food Quality: delicious local churros from a well known establishment. Definitely recommend trying these. I would rather recommend to take the 6 churros over the large club, they are tastier and much better.

Portions: varies according to your order, but very good.

Drinks: coffee shop options and softdrinks.

Price: $ was very happy and surprised that they are not abusing the price just because they are popular.

Service: very friendly and fast, especially with such a high demand of people.

Atmosphere: quite crowded and noisy, but its really nice and worth waiting a few extra minutes to sit outside and enjoy your warm freshly made churros.
