Wonderful stay in renovated rooms in the heart of Madrid on our family vacation. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and great views even from the cute bathroom window. The terrace on the 9th floor is beautiful to relax after a busy day and the two ladies serving there were so lovely. We would definitely stay again on our next trip.

The hotel and its service are excellent. However, the hotel imposed a balance testing charge equivalent to a one-night room rate, WITHOUT issuing a refund. Resolving this issue has been extremely frustrating, as the front office staff claims they have no knowledge of the finance department’s actions. The dispute remains unresolved after more than three months. If you choose to book here, exercise extreme caution and closely monitor any unexpected charges.

A solid Five Stars for this excellent hotel located in the centre of Madrid. As a frequent traveler I have been staying in hotels all over Europe and Asia over the last forty years. This hotel is the way the best hotels were forty years ago, but it is updated, contemporary and exceptional high quality. I have stayed here three times, twice recently and once about five years ago. The staff are multilingual, professional and efficient, the rooms are spacious and exude a quality that no longer exists in many hotels these days, as so many are furnished on a budget.
The Hotel Atlántico has spared no expense on the rooms, from the high quality carpets and bed linen, to the furniture and sanitary ware in the bathrooms, everything looks and feels expensive. It is a treat to stay here and I will do so again next time I am in Madrid.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Atlantico. The hotel is centrally located with restaurants, shopping, and public transportation a few steps away.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.  After our long flights, the check-in was quick, and "early" at 12:00 noon, and we were able to complete the process and be off to recharge in the room.

The hotel room had great amenities. I had requested 2 twin beds, and they were provided. The breakfast buffet was good, also, with many food options ham, scrambled eggs, and fruit.

The room overlooked the Gran Via, the main thoroughfare, which was great. Although it could be a bit noisy, staying at Hotel Atlantico put you  close to everything!

I would definitely recommend Hotel Atlantico to anyone traveling to Madrid, and if I were to return to the city, I would stay there again.

Fantastic service. I was upgraded to a bigger room. The staff are excellent and attentive. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.
I will definitely come back.
