We absolutely loved our four-night stay at the NH Collection Palacio de Tepa! The location is unbeatable—we could walk to nearly everything we wanted to visit, including museums, restaurants, and more.

Our room was beautiful, with super comfortable & high quality bedding and thoughtful touches in the bathroom. While there was no bathtub, the spacious shower with cool sliding glass doors more than made up for it. We also appreciated the luxurious extras, like the generously sized bath towels.

The staff was exceptional—attentive, helpful, and always available when we needed assistance. We opted for the daily breakfast during our stay, and it was fantastic! The variety was incredible, with so many options that we never had the same meal twice over four days.

This was truly an outstanding experience, and I can’t wait to return!

Located in the center of many things and allows easy access to train, busy areas and local shopping. The staff is friendly and the overall hotel lounge areas sre quaint. I opted out of the overpriced breakfast and found lunch/dinner to be far less expensive. Be thoughtful about any laundry services requested as the prices are also a bit unrealistic. Otherwise, room service was great, the replenishment of water in the room was appreciated and the overall bedroom decor was appealing.

This hotel is top tier and hands down the best hotel Ive ever stayed in. They thoroughly clean the rooms every day. The staff here are super friendly and very accommodating. We also got the couples massage during our stay. It was so soothing and relaxing after a long day walking. The masseuses such a wonderful job I fell asleep several times! Lastly, I had one of the most delicious cocktail's made by Juan at the bar! You can tell he really loves to bartend and will make you a drink thats literally a work of art!

Although my stay isn't over yet, I look forward to the rest of it!!

Overall, our stay at NH Palacio de Tepa was great. The staff was very very attentive. The breakfast team, especially Joanna, Loredana, y Paola, were very efficient and available. Juan, at the evening was very attentive to our needs. The reception crew was very helpful. The location is very centric and there’s a lot to do in the surrounding Plazas.

The only area that needs improvement are the rooms, which are a bit small and lack some basic comfort (ex: drawers, desk, & full length mirror). However, the friendly staff makes up for this weakness.
