Good central location, nice spacious room. Courteous service especially from Louisa, Momo and Pascal and their  kind demeanour and Assistance. Overall Good experience with good value for money.

Went to the rooftop bar for drinks,  ended up having 2 cheese and ham platters. Beautiful weather, very comfortable seats and surroundings. Service was excellent, not too costly at all,  drinks were gorgeous and the ham and cheese were amazing. We will definitely return.

The hotel's location is excellent. I can't stress enough how great the staff are at this hotel; from the front desk and the rooftop bar to the people that work breakfast, they are all super friendly, professional and accommodating, providing recommendations on restaurants, museums or anything else. Rooms are a bit small, but you should be out exploring this beautiful city, not being in your room.

People very helpful understand well customer service.
Great breakfast
You can also take advantage if f the rooftop
But the best of this hotel is it’s location to move around Madrid
Great tavernas, bars, tapa houses around the area
Some shopping can be done few block away
And you have taxi stop in front of
The hotel and 3 block a metro stop
Really enjoyed the surroundings

Our recent stay at the ME Reina Victoria Hotel in Madrid was overall pleasant but had its ups and downs. Upon arrival, the front desk staff stood out as incredibly kind and helpful. Despite being in the midst of a shift change and clearly rushed, they went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of and even assisted us in securing our rooms for the night. Their friendliness was appreciated and left a positive first impression.

The rooms were well-kept, clean, and tidy, but we did encounter a strange issue—there was clothing in the closet that didn’t belong to us. While the rest of the room felt clean, this detail was unsettling and took away from the otherwise high standard of cleanliness.

As for the rooftop bar, the view was spectacular—one of the best in the city, without a doubt. However, our experience with the staff there was disappointing. We had requested a table for 8 people, but were initially seated at a table meant for 4, which felt dismissive. Only after we ordered more expensive drinks were we provided a larger table that could accommodate our entire group. This treatment gave us the impression that the staff made assumptions about us based on our initial order, and that was a bit frustrating. In my opinion, all customers should be treated with respect and given adequate service from the start, regardless of what they order.

Overall, ME Reina Victoria offers a comfortable stay with great amenities, but there are areas where they could improve, particularly in ensuring all guests feel equally valued.
